Refund policy

At Wooroy, we want you to love your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days. If you're unsatisfied with your item, here's what you need to know:

Returning Items for Exchange or Refund:

  • Items must be returned within the specified warranty period mentioned on the item detail page.
  • Please return items in their original packaging.
  • If the original package isn't available, ensure secure packaging.
  • If the package is unopened, write "Refuse/Return to Sender" and drop it in a U.S. Postal Service mailbox.

Processing Returns:

  • Allow 2 to 3 weeks for us to receive and process your return for an exchange, replacement, or refund.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used.
  • Credit can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important Information:

  • Refunds are made in the original payment method.
  • We don't refund return shipping fees except for defective orders.
  • You're responsible for providing a tracking number for returned items.
  • Wooroy isn't liable for lost, damaged, or undelivered returns.
