At Wooroy, we want you to love your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days. If you're unsatisfied with your item, here's what you need to know:

Returning Items for Exchange or Refund:

  • Items must be returned within the specified warranty period mentioned on the item detail page.
  • Please return items in their original packaging.
  • If the original package isn't available, ensure secure packaging.
  • If the package is unopened, write "Refuse/Return to Sender" and drop it in a U.S. Postal Service mailbox.

Processing Returns:

  • Allow 2 to 3 weeks for us to receive and process your return for an exchange, replacement, or refund.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used.
  • Credit can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email us to request a Return Information Card or Prepaid Return Label.
  • Include the Return Information Card in the package with your full name, mailing address, and reason for return. Also, include all original documents received with the item.

Note:

  • We don't reimburse return shipping expenses for methods other than our Prepaid Return Label.

Important Information:

  • Refunds are made in the original payment method.
  • We don't refund return shipping fees except for defective orders.
  • You're responsible for providing a tracking number for returned items.
  • Wooroy isn't liable for lost, damaged, or undelivered returns.

Wooroy Guarantee:

  • Our guarantee extends to Wooroy Marketplace Shops on Amazon.com.
  • For items purchased from other sellers in such Marketplaces, our warranty may not apply due to varied conditions.
